Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Delivery Driver on the path to top rate, you begin your driver career at the contractual starting wage and progress through annual Teamsters-guaranteed raises until you reach the industry-leading $42 per hour top rate — typically achieved within four years of full-time driving. Every year of progression is contractually guaranteed, not discretionary.
