Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Full-Time Warehouse Associate, you work a structured daily shift inside our package center, operating across the full range of warehouse functions — loading, unloading, sorting, and staging — with the stability of a permanent schedule, guaranteed weekly hours, and a Teamsters contract behind every paycheck.

• Full-Shift Sort Operations: Execute the complete daily sort cycle — inbound unloading, package sorting, and outbound loading — across an 8-hour structured shift with dedicated break periods, consistent start times, and a predictable weekly schedule you can plan your life around.
• Cross-Function Expertise: Develop mastery across multiple warehouse functions over time, becoming a versatile full-time associate capable of leading in any area of the sort operation where the shift manager needs experienced coverage.
